AG Industries is excited to announce the following staff promotion and welcome its newest team members.
Roger Madry – promoted to Senior Manager, Engineering and New Product Development. In his new role, Roger will continue to lead the AGI engineering team in all aspects of new product development, process development and value engineering for the AGI product portfolio. Roger joined AGI in 2015 as Engineering Manager and has contributed to several new product introductions as well as improvements in our quality systems.
Tara Cartier – promoted to Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications. Tara, who most recently was Marketing Manager, joined the AGI team in 2016. She has led several platform initiatives and several product launches. In the new expanded role, Tara will lead the management and oversight of all marketing functions including e-commerce, and AGI brand strategy across all markets. With over 13 years of experience in sales and marketing, her solid background will continue to be a valuable resource for AGI’s strategic growth initiatives.
Amra Sahbegovic – promoted to Marketing Coordinator. Amra, an AGI team member since 2010, has over 14 years of marketing and design experience, with her most recent role as Graphic Designer and Customer Service Specialist. Her strong background in graphic design, along with her technical skills and e-commerce experience, will be instrumental in providing support to the Marketing Department as we continue to grow and strive for excellence in our industry.
Elizabeth Lucado – Manager of Quality & Regulatory Affairs. Liz has joined AG Industries as Manager of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Liz brings 19 years of strong experience in the medical device and life sciences, including Quality Systems, Supplier Qualification, and Internal/ External Audits for medical devices, as well as leading process improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma practices.
Gail Dillon – Accounting Associate. Gail joins AG Industries as the Accounting Associate, assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Gail’s experience in accounting will make her an additional asset to the team.
